A Dubliner at heart, with over 20 years in the room with leaders carrying real weight.When I'm not coaching, you'll find me walking my neighbourhood with my dog — a coffee shop regular who keeps me firmly in the present moment — at the gym, or cheering loudly for my favourite sports teams.
